FAQs:

•  I purchased a ticket on-line, where can I get a refund? Do I receive a cash refund?  
• You may proceed to any Air Philippines Ticket Office to get a refund. You will not get a cash refund, instead the amount will be charged back to your credit card funds. Check your Credit Statement for the adjustment.


• If I am overseas and purchased a ticket, how can I get a refund?  
• You may send an email to onlinesupport@airphilippines.com.ph or call +632 851-7923 and ask for assistance. Please note that you will be required  to furnish some documents to facilitate your refund such as: 

1.        Letter of credit cardholder requesting for refund -The letter must indicate the name of the passenger/s, the credit card number, ticket number, coupon number/route that is requested for refund and the reason for refund.  Only the credit cardholder can request the refund 

2.       Copy of a valid photo ID -The ID presented must match the name of the credit cardholder 

3.       Copy of the front side of the credit card for the sales transaction.

• I purchased my ticket from a travel agency, where can I get a refund? 
•  We advise that you refund the ticket from the travel agent you purchased from. If this is not possible, you may proceed to any Air Philippines Ticket Office. 


•  How long do I expect to see the adjustment in my credit card statement?
• Refund usually takes 1 month for the credits to be adjusted.


• I lost my itinerary, what should I do?  
• You may proceed to any Air Philippines Ticket Office and have your itinerary re-printed. Or if you purchased your ticket on-line, simply click on the link sent to your email and retrieve your itinerary and have it printed.


•  I made a mistake on the passenger name, can I still change the name? How?  
• If the error is just a few letters, you may call (02) 8559000 to make a note in your reservations about the correct name spelling. If the error is the full name, you have to refund the ticket and buy a new one with the correct name.


• What are your conditions for INFANT passengers?  
• INFANT fare is 10% of the accompanying adult fare. Infants are those who are 16 days to less than two (2) years of age.


• What are your conditions for CHILD passengers ?  
• Air Philippines does not have CHILD discounted fares, we offer lower promotional fares that the child may avail.


• What other discounts do you have?  
• We offer Senior Citizens Discount and Discount for Persons with Disability. But this can only be availed through our Ticket Offices. Why? Like any other discounts, the necessary ID has to be presented to avail the discount. 


• How much Free Baggage Allowance can a passenger bring?
• Each passenger is entitled to a 15kgs FBA(10kgs FBA For Manila to Caticlan v.v. and Cebu to Caticlan v.v.).

Php 100/kg (exclusive of VAT) will be charged in excess of the FBA

• Do you extend additional Free Baggage Allowance for passengers connecting from an International flight? 
• No, Carry-over of FBA for connecting passengers from International flights is not applicable to Air Philippines' operated flights.  Only 15kgs FBA (10kgs FBA for Manila-Caticlan v.v. and Cebu-Caticlan v.v.) shall  be given to passengers including  OFWs.


• Which Terminal do I go to when flying Air Philippines?
• All Air Philippines flights departing from Manila are at the NAIA Terminal 3
