FAQs:

1.        Letter of credit cardholder requesting for refund -The letter must indicate the name of the passenger/s, the credit card number, ticket number, coupon number/route that is requested for refund and the reason for refund.  Only the credit cardholder can request the refund 

2.       Copy of a valid photo ID -The ID presented must match the name of the credit cardholder 

3.       Copy of the front side of the credit card for the sales transaction.
